I am going to preface it with this disclaimer: I know y’all won’t do this.. but I have witnessed many non-Hindus ( read white folks) who enter the temple ( not the premises but the inner sanctum space) and walk around clearly not interested in the spiritual nature of the space and treat the space like a museum ( something to gawk at) and I find that intrusive and disrespectful.. coz the inner space is for prayer and quiet contemplation. I am all for inclusion but the inclusivity shouldn’t be taken advantage of. There I said it… now let’s be in awe of this amazing temple 💕💕🙏🏽

2023-10-16 22:55:48 +0000 UTCThe temple in Santa Monica Mountain is essentially Venkateshwara temple fondly known as Malibu temple. Its architecture has roots from South India.. its a wonderful temple but smaller than BAPS .. but still a gorgeous place to visit..
