They will rank up if you have that in mind when assembling them (for example, using the big spiky shield on the leftmost model, ...). you can also scale them down a bit, to 90% for example for easier ranking up. They are big enough to still look good at 90% size (look good in Orc according to Orcs 😄).

They are 30mm scale, that is a heroic 28mm scale, you decide how you prefer them because as you can see, they look good printed at 28,30,54 and even72mm, no problem :-) Btw, we have a Facebook group, Avatars of War Legendary Heroes Patreon, where you can see some printed models and make some questions to other Legendary Makers. https://www.facebook.com/groups/avatarsofwarlegendarymakers
