The plans have developed. I am now joining in business with another friend of mine, and the new channel I make will be making will be under that business. Thus, it is not me evading YouTube's punishment, because its a new channel, and a new business.

Which I just so happen to be the person in the business who focuses on it.

The business is for us to be able to help each other out on creative endeavours, so you may see him appear in credits. I'm planning to have the first video on the new channel be a collaboration between me and him. Once its ready, I'll upload a video regaling the situation on Rad Chad and how YouTube has dicked me over. Then i'll upload the Undertale Yellow video I've sat on onto Rad Chad and include at the start a snippet about the new channel. This way, it'll hopefully let enough people know about the new channel, and the new channel will already have a video to watch on it.

Still a lot of unknowns I have to work out, particularly stuck on a name right now.

I've also been a bit disillusioned with YouTube stuff over this whole ordeal, so I may try to follow my game pursuits more. But that is less definite than the other stuff, more a muse.

I've also started playing Balatro, so expect Balatro based delays.
