Lawyers Beware: Horror-ible Fright Flicks

I love that he goes on courtTV and shows clips of lawyers being murdered and eaten. Hahaha.

Hey, wait.. did I just find a JBB mistake? The lawyer Gennaro wasn't played by Bob Peck - he was played by Martin Ferraro. Bob Peck played Muldoon in Jurassic Park! (my favorite character)

Joe Bob talking about how the Lifetime Channel has all the new b-movies made me think about that.

In the autopsy room, they'll show a body that has been burned to a crisp. The people who watch that show don't think they're watching horror - but it's totally a horror show. Maybe it could use a bit more blood here and there. But, the same thing goes for a show like Criminal Minds. That show is about a different mass murderer killing multiple victims every week, usually in gruesome ways. Funny how that's all child-safe, old people-safe, horror.

It was for about 16 hours from Friday evening till this morning…Did you get to drop in for it at all?

I hope so. I spent enough on used copies of Joe Bob Goes to the Drive-In and Joe Bob Goes Back to the Drive-In off eBay a few months ago.

Some of those early JB films are clearly and definitely from studio mandates on high. It's like "Have you ever actually watched the show?" (Spoiler: No.) I saw that pun in the footer, and it's definitely in the neighborhood of one of yours. Haha. You're almost there for Jamboree! I know the lead-up has been crazy, but you're almost there, and you may even have some time to remember and enjoy it! ;) You got this! Big support to you!

You've gotta be right. Some of these don't sound like Joe Bob picks. And they cut one of the movies that clearly was a Joe Bob pick. Joe Bob mentioned autopsy photos (which I'm guessing Court TV thinks are perfectly appropriate). A lot of the prime time dramas are really horror shows, pretending they aren't what they are. NCIS regularly shows gory looking dead bodies on the autopsy table. They even did several episodes about some murders they called "the meat puzzle;" The autopsy doctors are given the remains of a body cut into pieces, but then they discover there were really two bodies, oops sorry three bodies. But that's not horror, it's a cop show.
