You are not perfect, but I believe you are an excellent role model for many. I know many of us here look up to you. I understand how you feel about wanting to bury your head in the sand with all the information thatβs only a fingerβs touch away. Trying to stay somewhat informed without getting sucked in is never easy! I looked up Dr. Sarno and TMS journaling. I am a relatively private person so Iβve always be uncomfortable putting my thoughts on paper. But I like your way of shredding it right away and I am going to try that. You are an open book and share so much. The fact that you admit that not all thoughts should be shared is comforting. Thank you Jennie for helping to keep my world on fire! π₯π₯π₯
