Good question and good answer. Me, personally, I'm saving about 1h30 minutes of commute and a lot of money on fuel and really feel that bonus extra time on my every day. Also, it will be interesting to see the long term effects in housing and office pricing as possibly more and more companies don't need to pay rent for as big a space as before and more and more people don't need to live so close to the urban, more expensive areas. Less money spend on office space could mean better margins for developers as well. I think it's interesting to see that we can learn something, as a society, on how to live from this pandemic.
