July'23 Comic Voting and Update

Anyways, onto the voting. Still workin on the Boko pic too so it'll prob be bundled with the comic due to the Patreon billing bein' weird and I want to make sure you all who are actually paying get exclusivity (otherwise that's not fair to you lol)
