【重要】 FANBOXへの投稿について / [Important] Submission to FANBOX

こんにちは、SenYumeです。 既に情報を得ている方々もいらっしゃると思いますが、今度Pixivの利用規約が更新されます。詳しくは下記URLを御覧ください。 https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=8788 こちらについて簡単に要約すると、 カード決済を伴う一部のサービスにおいて、特定のプレイを含む作品の投稿ができなくなる…というものです。 私の場合、「FANBOX」と「リクエスト」が関係してきます。 >> ・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待 ・近親相姦 ・獣姦 ・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為) ・人または体の非合法的な切断 ↑こちらが禁止になる内容です。 私の作品は「レイプ（同意の無い性的行為）」に該当する可能性があります。 各種アダルトビデオ類やSMプレイのように「これは演技であり同意がある」としたり、「そもそも性的行為ではない」として切り抜けられれば今後の作品制作に関しても変化は起きません。 しかし、場合によってはFANBOXから別サービスへと移行する可能性があります。移行先は検討中ですが、DLsiteが運営されている「Ci-en」になる可能性が高いです。 「リクエスト」については続けるかどうかも含め現在検討中です。 いずれにしても、詳細情報が11月の下旬に発表されるようなので、とりあえずはそれを待ってから決断します。 移行する場合は、現在ご支援されている方々に不利益がでないように移行するつもりですので、どうぞご安心ください。 ----- Hello, I am SenYume. In my case, "FANBOX" and "REQUEST" are related. >> Child pornography or child abuse Incest Bestiality Rape (sexual conduct without consent) Illegal mutilation of the person or body ↑Here is what is prohibited. My work may fall under the category of "rape (sexual acts without consent). If it can be dismissed as "this is an act or performance and there is consent" as in the case of various adult videos and SM play, or if it can be dismissed as "it is not a sexual act in the first place, but a woman using a tool," there will be no change in my future productions. However, in some cases, we may move from FANBOX to another service. We are still considering the destination, but it will most likely be Ci-en, where DLsite is operated. As for "Request", we are still considering whether to continue it or not. In any case, more information will be announced in late November, so we will wait for that before making a decision. Please be assured that if we do make the transition, we will do so in a way that will not be detrimental to our current supporters.
