Big Ol' Update Post (Roadmap, What's coming in October, and More!)

Hey everybody! There's so much to talk about, so let's just roll down the list.

Update 10

With Update 9.5 Finished, I've now moved on to Update 10 in full speed and am already plowing through it. (about 20% done already, from my calculations).

Here's the rundown of new content:

15 New Character Story Scenes - Most of the characters are getting scenes that advance their story in some way - Lisa, Dana, Jamie, Tammy, Mari, Izzy, Kendra, Adrian, Gertrude, Ms. Welch, Mrs. McGee, Mrs. Mills, Brandi, Reba, Whitney, Jez, and Mi-Cha. Some of these will be bigger than others - Ms. Welch, Mrs. McGee, Reba, and Kendra probably have the biggest ones this update. There's several questions that are going to be answered as well.
2 New Dates - You'll be able to take Adrian to the go-kart track, and Whitney to Jackson Burger.
8 New Repeatable Sex Scenes - Suzy, Jamie, Juliana, Kendra, Adrian, and Bai all get new repeatable sex scenes.
20 New Conversations - I haven't completely decided who all is getting new conversations this update, but definitely new ones for Whitney, Dana, Mrs. Mills, and Lisa.
Approximately 375 new images and 24 new animations

Release

I can't give an exact date, but I think it'll be pretty quick. I'm estimating that I'll be done with it by early to mid November. Then it'll go to Alpha testing, then to the $20+ Beta patrons, then to all patrons, hopefully before the end of November or early December. I'll announce a date when I'm able to more accurately predict it.

Final Thoughts

This is the halfway point for the game! I'm really excited about this. A lot of the first half of the game's development has been just putting all the pieces in place. Getting the code right, getting the sets right, the character models, learning all the stuff I needed to learn to make this game. I feel like I'm in a really good position now to just plow forward through the rest of the content. I think that releases may end up happening more rapidly in the second half. I've gotten much faster at all of this.

What's Coming in October?

Okay, so we're at the beginning of a new month (my favorite month of the year), so I want to let you know what to expect as my patrons. Mostly gonna keep doing what I've been doing.

All Patrons

October 6th - Bonus Image Rolldown - I'll be rolling down bonus images to lower tiers. You'll get access to THREE bonus images that you haven't seen before.

October 4, 11, 18, 25 - RJ Ramblings - Where I talk about my dumb life. (This month, I'm including characters in Halloween costumes with every post - that's like 4 extra bonus renders).

October 8, 15, 22, 29 - Update 10 Progress - Weekly progress reports on the current update.

More-than-Friends ($10 Tier):

October 13th - Bonus Image Poll - Decide which character gets a bonus image for the month.

October 27th - New bonus Image with chosen character (Halloween themed)

Lovers ($20 Tier):

October 12th, 19th, 26th - Custom Image Shares - You get THREE this month, because I've been doing more customs lately and I love you all.

October 20th - New Jez Bonus Image (Halloween Themed)

Dang that's a lot of content! What value!

Steam Release

Final thing I wanted to talk about with this post is the Steam Release. Everything is all set up for it! This will likely not affect any of you at all, because as patrons, you're going to continue to get the game earlier than the Steam version, BUT I've decided to move the release date for the steam version up. Originally, I had planned on it releasing on October 29th. Now I'm releasing it on October 15th instead.

The only difference between the version that I'll be releasing here and the Steam version is the Steam version will have achievements. Otherwise, same game, but you'll just get it two weeks in advance.
