Devolution Doodles

It's the group that is selected to keep showing up and maintaining minimum basic functions in the event of a long-term emergency. They are expected to "devolve" as we trim back higher functions to concentrate on keeping the lights on and little else.
Some of us have less impactful disaster preparedness plans.
Preparations range for the simple...
...to the extreme.
