Added 2022-06-15 18:01:02 +0000 UTCSo, I have said in the past that editing the MC doll details in a way that mixes two types of colors together wouldn't be possible because we wouldn't be able to describe the types of colors people have made properly in the text of the game. That meant there was no way to match Opal's coloring of red mixed with purple, at least as far as I figured. But players have a real friend on our team because the lead programmer wanted to help everybody out and came up with a way to make it work! They were able to create a more dramatic color alteration and save it as a bonus tint with its own unique flag of reference without impacting the rest of the system.
In future builds you'll see a little extra box on the color editing screen when working on the base colors of your MC. You can use the bonus cranberry tint for just your eyes, just your hair, or for both! But it can't be used on clothing/accessories. The color is there purely for matching the MC to Opal's natural hair/eye color. And, of course, if you do use the special color it will be referenced in the story. Thank you Shawna 💖
