Having watching OG DB multiple times I can confirm, the last few arcs are incredible. We still have one more arc that's just alright (though it ends really strong and is pretty short) and then probably the weakest set of filler episodes in the show to get through, but then starting from episode 82 the last 3 arcs of the show are peak.

I’ve been going to the wiki after each episode, and it turns out that most chase or stretched out dialog scenes are anime-only, so I try not to hold it against the arc itself. Still, can’t lie and say the anime’s version of the pacing didn’t make the arc painfully stagnant at times, but it’s been consistently well paced since the end of general blue, so that’s good! I’ve read nothing but good things about the final two arcs so I’m excited
