June Update: Birthday

Hey hi folks! I'm still recovering from burnout and getting a little better with each passing day. Getting more energy back, more ability to do things, more days out of the week when I feel functional. I'm doing my best to remind myself that I'm doing my best; it's a process.

Also, it's my birthday today! And my wife's birthday, too. <3 (we're going to do a stream this evening on my twitch channel)

I've completed a lot of things on my to-do list for Her Majesty The Prince that were blocking my progress in various ways, from big to small. The fact that I was blocked came as a bit of a surprise lately, but in hindsight it makes a lot of sense considering how long I've been struggling with the last few chapters of the second act. No one's immune to writer's block, I s'pose! The result is that as part of the process of preparing the eventual completion and release of HMTP Act II, the existing chapters are getting a light editing pass courtesy of my wonderful editor. This includes something a lot of folks have been requesting: dates!

All HMTP chapters here will be updated with the new quality of life edits, as well as dates at the start of each chapter indicating when the events take place. This should hopefully alleviate some of the unintended timeline confusion (leaving only the confusion that was fully intended). I'll also be reposting HMTP on my blog and on fluff4.me, which I've been meaning to try out as it has Patreon integration and a better reading experience than Patreon itself allows.

If you own HMTP Act I in download form on itch, that version will also be updated, whether you purchased it directly, got it here as part of the book club and higher tiers, or obtained it as part of a bundle.
