Running Into An Old Friend

Will Staunton hadn’t really been out of the house much recently.  Ever since he had started working from home, his previous social existence had steadily dwindled down, bit by bit, until, after a few months, he realized that he hardly ever saw other people anymore.  It wasn’t that he was anxious or depressed – Will’s marketing job was stimulating and interesting enough, and he regularly chatted with his mom and older sister on the phone.  True, he wasn’t exactly staying as healthy as he possibly could.  He didn’t really get much exercise, and his diet, which had never been the best, mainly consisted of DoorDash and UberEats.  But Will was still in his mid-20’s, and his metabolism hadn’t slowed down yet.  His sedentary lifestyle and questionable eating habits hadn’t caught up with him yet, as his slight 5’2, 125-lb frame demonstrated.  Will had always been a tiny guy, which, earlier in his life, had been a source of extreme embarrassment.  And even though he had managed to overcome his anxiety and accept his body for what it was, Will still had never had a girlfriend.  In the odd moments when he dwelled on this fact, he could feel a bit sad.

But these snapshots of sadness were thankfully few and far between.  And after all, it wasn’t like Will was desperate to get a girlfriend or something.  Sure, the idea was nice, and there were certainly those moments when he longed for companionship, but his current life now really was pretty nice.  He stayed connected with his family; he had a good, steady job; his apartment was in a relatively nice part of town, and even though he was still renting, he reminded himself that such things were common in his generation.  After all, he was only 25!  He was hoping to save up enough money for a down payment on an upgraded condo here in the next five years or so.

In the meantime, what did it matter that he didn’t really have a “social life” anymore?  While it was true that Will had noticed that his social anxiety had increased somewhat in the last few months, since the human-interactive “muscle” had atrophied in his brain, it didn’t really make a huge difference in his life.  He was happy enough.  Meet-ups with friends had been replaced by internet gaming, which was a kind of social interaction in and of itself…one in which he never got any anxiety at all.  And anyway, Will couldn’t help but feel like it was kind of nice not to have to always get himself jazzed up to interact with other people.  Outside of his job, he could pretty much do whatever he liked, when he liked, without being tied down by commitments or expectations.  And so, as far as he was concerned, he could coast into the foreseeable future, unbound by dreams of wealth or ambition…content.

One afternoon, on a Saturday, Will was walking down the street to the grocery store.  He had recently gotten into a cooking channel on youtube, which had inspired him to try his hand at actually making his own meals.  He felt a bit ridiculous, poring over a recipe for chicken pot pie on his phone as he walked down the sidewalk, but the outdoor air felt nice on his face, and it certainly felt like a pleasant change of pace to stroll around during the day, instead of sitting in his gaming chair, staring at a screen.

Because he was staring at his phone with his head down, Will didn’t see the immense figure that had suddenly stopped in front of him on the sidewalk, and the next moment, he walked straight into something huge and soft, and yet somehow immovable and firm.  He staggered backward a couple paces, his head shooting up as he blinked up in surprise.

“Oh!  I’m s–....” he began to apologize, but the words fizzled out in his mouth when he saw what, or rather, WHO he had run into.  He was staring up at the tallest, biggest, thickest, HUGEST woman he had ever seen.  The top of his head barely even came up to her upper thighs, each of which was easily twice the size of his entire body.  She was dressed in a casual but stylish way, with her torn jean shorts shamelessly showing off the sheer size and power of her thighs, and a simple white top doing little to hide her impressive breasts.  Her long, wavy brown hair, hoop earrings, and expensive sunglasses completed the picture of a young woman who was, despite her gargantuan size, supremely confident in herself, and yet still somehow just effortlessly casual and spontaneous in her fashion.  Will gaped up at her, completely thrown for a loop, and, even though he tried to apologize a couple times, nothing came out.  His throat had gone totally dry.

“My fault, sweetie!” the young woman smiled warmly down at him after a few seconds, “I saw you coming, but didn’t get out of the way quick enough.”

“N-No, it’s…i-it’s my fault!” Will choked out, his heart hammering in his chest.  Her voice…why did it sound so familiar?

“I-I should watch where I’m going,” Will continued, as his eyes desperately went over the woman’s luscious curves.  He had always been a bit nervous around other women, since most of them were taller and bigger than him, but THIS…this was something totally different.  He had never felt so tiny, so insignificant, so dwarfed, in his entire life.  But even though the stark reality of the size disparity felt shockingly jarring, Will could feel himself starting to get hard.

“Mmmm, you seemed pretty intent on what you were looking at,” said the woman kindly, before cocking her head to the side, seeming to study his face intently as she adjusted the enormous purse on her shoulder.  The purse itself looked normal-sized on her, but from Will’s perspective, it was as big as a large suitcase.  He nodded, not knowing what to say, and for the next several seconds, they both just stood there.  Will couldn’t bring himself to make eye contact with the woman again, and he didn’t want to just gawk all over her body, so Will stared meekly down at the sidewalk, not knowing what to do.

“Will?” the woman’s voice asked suddenly.  “Will Staunton!?”

Will’s head snapped back up to her face, and the next moment his eyes were widening as his mouth dropped open in shock.  There was…there was just no way.  It couldn’t be!

“It’s me!” she laughed, lowering her sunglasses for an instant before setting them back on her nose, “Peyton Hart!”

“Oh m-my god…!” was all Will could manage, as Peyton laughed musically, brushing her wavy brown hair out of her face.

“I THOUGHT that was you!” she beamed down at him, “Walking down the sidewalk, so when I saw that you were a little distracted, I, uh…I kinda let you run into me.  Bit of a bitch move, sorry!”

“N-no, it’s…it’s alright!” Will breathed, still completely stunned.  He and Peyton had been in the same class, from middle school all the way through senior year in high school, but they had gone to different colleges.  They had never exactly been close friends, but they had both been in band together, and had shared a fun, easy friendship that had appeared, once college rolled around, to have run its natural course.  Peyton had always been a pretty young girl, just around his 5’2 height, perhaps a bit pudgy, but nothing that Will had ever seen could have led him to believe that she would grow into…into THIS.

“Don’t worry, your reaction is totally normal!” Peyton giggled, “I’m a bit much, aren’t I?  Haha, long story short, I got this autoimmune disorder in college that made my pituitary go haywire, and…yeah, stimulatory antibodies, GHRH receptors…I won’t bore you with the details…but basically I ended up doubling in height over a couple years.”

“D-Doubling!?” stammered Will.

“Mhm, like…exactly doubling,” nodded Peyton, standing up to her full height for the full effect.  “I’m officially 10’4 right now!”

“That’s…oh my god, Peyton, that’s…insane!” Will cried.  What else could he possibly say!?

“I know, riiiight!?” she laughed, “It was super-hard for a while, since I had to drop out of college and everything, move back in with my parents, yadda yadda, sob story, but everything is soooo much better now that I’ve gotten used to my new body and just accepted my condition for what it is.”

“That’s…so nice to hear,” Will said genuinely, smiling up at her, “Really.  I’m…I’m sorry it was hard for you, but it sounds like you’ve really, uh…turned a corner.”

“Totally!” she grinned, “I work as a model now, who woulda thought!”

“Uhh…I…I’m not surprised,” Will said bluntly, unable to tiptoe around the truth.  “I just, I hope you don’t mind me saying, Peyton, but you look…you just look incredible.”

“Aww you’re so sweet!” she smiled, “Oh my god, I haven’t even hugged you yet – here…”

She abruptly bent down, extending her huge arm toward Will, and the next moment he found himself engulfed in a warm, soft, but indescribably powerful embrace.  Peyton hugged his body to her, pressing him up against the smooth meat of her thigh, while humorously intoning “MmmmmMMMM!” before releasing, letting him reel a bit as he caught his breath.

“I, uh, I also do a little something else on the side,” she added with a self-conscious, naughty smirk, winking down at him, “With a little personal website…if ya know what I mean…let’s just say that it turns out there are TONS of people who get off to gigantic women.”

“I…I can imagine,” Will said, trying to focus and not let his erection become too obvious.  Peyton had always been pretty chill, and had an edgy sense of humor, but the thought that she now had a “personal page” where she actively indulged the unbelievably erotic aspects of her immense size…it was almost too much for Will to handle.

“Again, who woulda thought!?” Peyton laughed.  “Life is so crazy, huh!?  Like, I literally just moved here last week, not knowing anyone, and now you run into me on the sidewalk!”

“Y-yeah…crazy!” Will laughed.  He badly wanted to keep talking with Peyton – of course, she was drop-dead gorgeous, with a body that he hadn’t even thought was possible before, but it was her bright, beaming energy, her buoyancy, her infectious friendliness, that was really pulling him in.  This is what he had been missing.

“So whatcha doing today?” Peyton asked him casually, and Will suddenly felt a surge of hope rise up inside him.  Did…did she want to keep hanging out with him!?

“I, uh…heh, I was actually on the way to the grocery store,” Will chuckled self-consciously, blushing as he held up his phone, “I was sorta inspired by this youtube channel to start cooking my own meals…”

“Niiiice!” Peyton exclaimed approvingly.

“So I was gonna try and, uhm…make some chicken pot pie,” he finished, feeling his insides writhing and coiling in on themselves.  That had sounded so lame.

“Oh my god, a cooking day!” Peyton smiled, clapping her hands, “How fun!”

“I…look, I don’t wanna impose,” Will heard himself say, “But would you…would you wanna come over and…”

“And watch you cook?” Peyton asked.  Will’s heart stopped.  Again, his words sounded so lame in his ears.  Was this it?  Was this the moment where the reality of his boring life would truly descend down and crush him?  He could only nod in response.

“Uhm yessss!?” Peyton laughed, like the answer was the most obvious thing in the world, but she held up a gigantic hand for a pause, “But only on one condition.”

“Yeah?” asked Will, already feeling as light as a feather, “And what’s that?”  Was this really happening!?

“That you let ME buy all the ingredients,” Peyton grinned, “Look, I don’t mean to toot my own horn, but I’ve been rolling in cash ever since I started up my…ahem…my personal page, so money’s no object.  So I’ve gotta insist on buying everything.”

“Oh…aheh, o-okay,” nodded Will, “But how come?”

“How come!?” Peyton burst out humorously, “LOOK at me, Will!  I weigh over 500 pounds…558 this morning, actually…do you know how much I eat!?”

“Oh y-yeah…right,” Will laughed, his mind doing backflips.  She was THAT heavy!?  Three…almost FOUR times his size??  “Of course.  That, uh…that makes total sense.”

“Mhm, as as soon as you said “pot pie,” I got hungry,” she said, “And considering that I’ll be eating at least a couple full pies myself…yeah, I’m gonna take care of the ingredients.  Deal?”

She held out her gigantic hand down to him, and Will reached up to shake it, unable to keep the beaming smile off his face.  He felt his small hand disappear completely in the warm, plush softness of hers, and they shook on it, with Will feeling the vibration of her slight movement reverberate through his entire body.  He didn’t know what lay ahead, and where this interaction would take them, but in this moment, Will didn’t care.  It felt like an angel had descended down from heaven, and he was going to cook for her.  He felt her eyes go over his body, before they met his, and he felt the genuine warmth and gladness behind them.

“Deal.”
