Chogath mainly is a counterpick , usually you pick it into tanks, so armor isnt that big of a deal.
Garen is bad after change, need buffs.
Ryze up a tier, much stronger trades now in toplane with the buff
Mundo up a tier, simply cus he isnt worth being in same tier as ksante skarner reksai maokai, mundo is similar to chogath, mega op some games, useless some games, if enemy can buy healcut, and %hp damage or onhit easily like kraken botrk liandrys etc, mundo goes down in value. Yes i have seen the PUSH PUSH PUSH clips from alois but ive also seen the really bad mundo games :)
