He is a good nature but that was his crux. He once or twice couldnt deliver and to not feel guilty he increased his workload but that in term made it impossible for him to keep his promises and had to break them over and over again. that must have been one of the main stress sources for deebee and im happy seeing him realize that that was not the way to go

No one can keep up the workload you keep promising month after month. That's why you have shows you started several months ago still unfinished. Set reasonable goals. That said. I'm glad your at the point where this can replace your job.
