Duplicate Patreon Accounts
In the recent Tier distribution troubles, I have found a common case.
In many cases, they are supporting on PC, but logged in with a different account on mobile.
If the registered usernames are the same, even if they are different email addresses, the person who registered the account will not be aware of it unless he or she checks the account settings.
If you are having trouble with your discord, please check your account settings again.
In addition, the ID specifications for discord accounts will be changed in the near future.
In these cases, please remain calm and change your Patreon account settings.

Patreonアカウントの重複について
昨今のTier分配トラブルにおいて、幾人かのトラブルにおいて同じ事が発生している事を確認しました。
事例としては、PCでサポートしているが、モバイルでは別のアカウントでログインしているというものです。
違うメールアドレスでも登録したユーザーネームが同じの場合、アカウント設定をチェックしない本人は限り気づく事ができません。
もしあなたがディスコードに関するトラブルに見舞われている場合は、今一度アカウント設定のチェックをお願いします。
また、近々Discordのアカウントの命名規則が変更されます。
