Yaaaaaay we're done
I had a lot of fun during this storyline, and found a way to keep it fun for myself via the lightning round, but it definitely lasted for 47 comics because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do next.
Now I have the next storyline written in its entirety, and I'm ready to do that. It will be significantly shorter than 47 comics.

Or something about DD not being there when needed? But I do remember his art style for DD being better than what we can see in 2007 and I remember it happening after the epic wizard vs. history teacher battle in 2009.

If you gotta pump out comics every week for your entire life, you need some creative pauses. Just be prepared for some vicious violent vengeance from Writer's Block for not having gotten any attention this time. Better get that Demonic Duck ready!

2021-08-28 05:25:39 +0000 UTCUnfortunately for Jay, they canonize as the skits that Jay does with them when they're in college, which really doesn't work out as a way to actually meet Tedd early. They meet when they meet, and doing skits about it later doesn't change that. But there's also the thing that all of the shenanigans they tried and will try to expedite that process will all fail, thus forming the inspiration for Jay's part of those skits once they actually do meet.
