EP 9. Panel Preview

This is what things tend to look like before I go though and add shadows and render everything for that overall "painting" feel.
This chapter also takes place at "night" with odd blue/light and so far I still haven't quite figured out how to do it. Since there's not too many characters in this one I will hopefully be able to finish everything this weekend. I'm also really excited to draw the Lieutenant in this one (I really missed him T_T).
