In my opinion, not watching her face in the group of panels diminishes the overall effect of pain, and a solucion could be to "put the camera" a bit away from her in the last panel, and "rotate" a bit in order to get at least some of Sue's face. It could be also a good idea to leave her there on her knees as in the previous pannels, so you could even show her full body...
