Update to Patreon Page

Hey everyone, hope your month has been going well!

December has been a wild and crazy month for me, full of many different twists and turns in my life. Most things were positive, and an overall benefit for me in the long run! It just goes to show that even when you try to plan, things may not turn out how you expected.

Regardless, I have lots I want to share with you so buckle up!

First off, this Patreon is officially changing! As mentioned in a previous post, the Persona H development is halting because .....drumroll.....  I'm officially working on Persona H Golden!

After taking a poll, and talking to many of you, it seems like this is the right move. I"m feeling really positive about Recreating my Persona Engine and game.

With that, of course, comes the changes to patreon!

I have removed some tier benefits for the time being, as I"m not sure what is or isn't relevent to the new game experience. Please know that I will be adding more benefits to these tiers once I know exactly how I want to deliver these.

I have also removed the goal I had previously created. This is again due to the roadmap changes and me not having the full 100% clear picture yet. It's hard to create those goals when I don't have everything else layed out. As with tier benefits, the goals will be created once I can lay that out clearly.

Roadmap has also beeen removed, until I have a clear idea of my updaet cycles and how I want the game to develop. There was no point in showing dev status for Persona H when I"m not working on it anymore.

Wow, that's a lot of removing stuff Dark, is there any good news?

Yes, I'm so glad you asked!

Starting today, I am writing the first few lines of code for Persona H Golden. The engine development has been going very well with SakakiProdigy's game SIE, and I can confirm that I"m at a good splitting point with it for my game.

Which means, I will be posting dev logs and news on here quite a bit more frequently in the next days to come. This is because I"m going to be using Patreon now as my main source of talking about dev notes and what I"m working on. 

Previously, I used itch for all of this, but as the Patreon has grown, it has become more appropriate to use this platform. 

I"m going to remove all TAGS of posts here and I"m going to attempt to create clear and concise tags for all types of posts. Starting with this post, which is a Dev Log post.
