Tracing the Journey from first foray into the Zone to the eventual demise. 

Joining Caterina Private Defence as a security unit, her contract was expired after 4 years of service. From age 18 to 22 she patrolled areas of little interest to the enemy factions, encountering only a handful of light skirmishes and scoring zero kills. 

With no kill bonus and very little raw combat experience she walked away from the Zone with just shy of 1 million credits to her name. A few holidays and some partying later she found that her small fortune had dwindled and her prospects for employment outside of the zone would pay no where near what she earned. 

The absence of routine and the adjustment to regular life, regimented was difficult. Her lack of experience meant her prospects with smaller companies or higher roles were nil. 

She decided to enlist with Black Faction for her second contract, barely 3 months after finishing her CPD Contract. 

With CPD, most small operators and even Zuvic are generally on decent terms. Neither goes out to seek each other actively. However everyone is fighting with Black Faction, meaning the minute anyone sees a Black Uniform they immediately start shooting at it. 

This would guarantee her action, kill bonuses and experience to further her career in the zone. Her CPD service was recognised in their system and after a vetting course she was accepted into the accelerated training program and deployed immediately to an active Rotunda. 

Black Faction was different to CPD. They were harsher in their treatment of combat units and they were persistently pursuing combat. Units expended in service were simply replaced and the cycle repeats itself. 

She found herself right in the mix of combat against her former employer but it didnt matter, ORC had her mercilessly cutting down the enemy units. 

But Black Factions operations differed to CPD. 

CPD attempt to hold areas, where as BFC moves in, fights, expends units, defeats the enemy and moves on, leaving the area to be reoccupied by the enemy. 

This is the Mistresses expressed Corporate doctrine.  Out spend the enemy.

Her view is that -

Her servants will sacrifice themselves for her. 

Her servants will eliminate her enemies servants for her.

The more Death for the element there is the more intrinsic value to her it has, either young women dying in her uniform, or another companies, the value of the money generated is exponential.

Her lust for power, the machine of obedient flesh she controls and the chipping away and replacing of its human cogs has a sense of abundance. 

What is projected is that no matter how many you gun down. There is always another to take her place. This unit was one to take the place of another. 

and someone else eventually took her place.
