New Unit Type - TempX
Added 2020-05-11 14:10:11 +0000 UTCTemporary Expendable Unit or TempX is a unit hired on a short term basis by CPD to carry out menacing type attacks on enemy interests.
Their sole purpose is to eliminate enemy units, gradually chipping away at the enemies operations.
Temporary Expendable means just that, their position is temporary and they are expendable.
TempX are normally former mercenaries who are after short term trigger time.
There is no contract period or quota, they are paid per heel they eliminate. They need documented proof or a score counter to present to CPD command in exchange for reward.
They are paid 15 to 20 thousand credit per unit eliminated. meaning they could land quite a hefty sum from a few days work.
They are not under the control of ORC or deployed from bases. They are picked up at Port, re uniformed and dropped off to their zone. They are not supported by CPD forces under any circumstance and are generally left to their own devices.
It is known that enemies treat these units very harshly when captured.
