CPD Range Instructor with Live Target

Part of which would be to form squads to go against Units in Training. Non Lethal Rounds were used, but would still knock them very hard, causing heavy bruising and giving them a short period of unconsciousness.
The units can be rushed into operations as fodder if needed.
Their body suits are pink with pre-printed targets on them, this one is wearing a new suit, others have hit marks all over them
Such as the black faction Manual the units are taught to aim for the triangle area to let the rifle creep up, the stomach is the ideal location for BDR hits as the chemical seems to work best.
Instructors are generally more experience combat units who have had multiple eliminations under their belt.
The first step is a psychological one, where as the training squad (20 to 30 units) is given non lethal training ammo. As part of their initiation they are told they will be executing a spy.
They are not on ORC but have been "brainwashed" into a killer mentality.
Each 9 out of 10 are given a blank round, the others are given a training live round.
on orders from the instructor the squad is to fire. weapons are check after the firing to see who fired and who didnt.
Those who did not are put through another stage of psychological training......
