A Sadistic, power hungry, sociopath that can only be described as evil. Charlie seeks great pleasure in torture, executions and pushing her combat units ever harder.
She is however a very effective commander and is responsible for countless victories over black faction forces in her 10 plus years in her role as a Domina.
Seen here sporting the commanders "uniform" which is unmistakable for a high ranking unit.
Caterina beleives that all of her combat units, command or low ranks should always wear her crimson combat veil.
Charlie works towards crushing opposition to Caterinas goals and will feed any number through the grinder to see it through.
