Plot:! Standard Combat Unit Reconfigured to Sublet Combat Unit
Added 2022-03-07 11:15:19 +0000 UTCFollowing the failure of CPD to recapture Dione, the large excess of Standard Combat Units Held by Black Faction are standing idle. They are deterring nothing, fighting nothing and only a fraction are extracting Neon Dark.
Mallera-9 is a large place and there are small operators.
In an effort to "offload" excess stock, The Mistress has re-instated the Sublet Combat Unit Program.
Sublets for hire, private operators can hire sublets for short jobs, including Azologoth extraction.
This extends Black Factions boot print across Mallera-9 while reducing the need for high ranking units.
Private Operators have no desire for power........generally they are there for money and money only.
What does the Mistress gain from hiring her units out as sublets then?
