The Marauders work mainly on the Factions who dare venture in there and are generally seen as friendly towards the inhabitants of the Outer.
Pirates raid ships moving out from the Coast of the Outer and sometimes venture into Faction territories.
Smugglers move consignments in and out of the Zone by Sea or land and typically clash with pirates.
The market for this stuff is free but the unsavoury try to dominate and control it.
Entities pop up that seek to dominate their respective territories or turf ,which is quite small.
Taipan is a small outfit of criminals, rejects and deserters numbering about 50 women who control a former distribution station close to the coast.
Mistress Vanessa strikes deals with Criminal Entities who already control a particular area but then give a hard time to The Mistresses enemies.
Money is exchanged in return for the "loyalty" and the opportunity to maintain their operations.
Taipan never had an affiliation with a faction and has only clashed with Zuvic on one occasion where in fact, Zuvic withdrew with losses.
Taipan deals mainly in the movement of Suite off the Island along with robberies and contract eliminations.
Taipan originally wore a mix of greens, greys and generally neutral colours but on Vanessa's request they wear black.
"I'm paying you, you work for me now! You will wear Black moving forward! Your henchwomen will wear masks. All black. If you don't do what you're told Im sure one of your henchies will take care of you for me."
