I'm curious how many people have actually subjected themselves to this (aside from me because I'm a glutton for punishment and couldn't NOT read/see all the horror after I read the first book).
2019-02-09 12:05:17 +0000 UTCI don't know if I agree that Grey's actions in a fit or anger and calculated cruelty are all that different. I'm reminded of a very good book on abuse called 'Why does he do that' and the way it posits that abusive men who claim to lose control and go into rage have way more actual control at the time. They were asked why didn't they go further? why didn't they hit harder? And the answers were to the extent of "well it would be conspiquous, and I wouldn't want to kill her" which is... telling. And somewhat scarier imo.

2019-02-08 20:02:52 +0000 UTCIf you did not just miss it but really could not hold it, and it happens frequently, it might be a good idea to pay the doc a visit just to be sure, or to at least to go to an online doc page to get an idea what might cause it. Lack of potassium is one of the options, but of course so is lack of sleep. :) Good luck.
