His country was literally inventing apartheid at the time. At the VERY minimum he would be bragging he lets Oswald Mosley have his free speech. Not to mention Goebbels would be running the largest scale propaganda campaign he could through Twitter, he would just have a bigger megaphone and more layers of anonymity, complete with propaganda agents impersonating foreign locals, alongside foreign compradors
