I started working on the Momo video, I don't know exactly what I'll do yet, so the backgrounds, or the order of the animations may be different in the final video. Like the other big videos, I planned to work 3 months on it, I would say I would want to release it for the end of August, or the beginning of September. For the WIP picture, you will find it on your access on the website, I had troubles last year with the Ochako video, I'm afraid that it would be to risky to post the WIP picture on Patreon.

For the Bonus video, it will be with Nejire Hado, I think I'll do the same I did with the Konosuba bonus, and work on it while we will vote for the next big video after the Momo one.

For my old work that I post on a monthly basis, I'll almost posted all the "XXX" videos, and I don't have a lot of commissions videos. I'm thinking about what I'll do when I'll have used all the old videos. When I won't have any old videos left to post, I would want to replace the "Gif(s) of the Month", by "The video of the Month", even if, of course, I couldn't release the video the same month as the polls. For example, the video choosed with the January polls  would be released in February. For the type of the "Video of the Month", I think about making a  "XXX" videos. When I talk about a "XXX" video, It's a 2 minutes videos with basically : Title screen - nude character - 3 blowjobs / paizuri animations - 3 sex animations - End screen .

For the commissions video, I would also make "XXX" videos with the same description as above. I would alternate between "Videos of the Month" and commissioned videos. Talking with some Patrons, it seems that 100$ for a video would be fair price. I don't know if I would make a commission tier on Patreon with limited slots, or make the paiement with another method. 

I would want to start the new formula at the very beginning of 2021. I may have a hard time explaining it in english, I'll try with an example. If I do this, I'll start a poll for the "Video of the Month" in November, and start doing commissions again. I would only took 6 commissions for the whole 2021 year. In January 2021, I would post the 1st  new "Video of the Month"  choosed via polls , and work on the current big project, and on the 1st commission. In February 2021, I would post the 1st new  commission as "Video of the Month". In March 2021, the 2nd "Video of the Month" choosed via polls, and maybe released the current big video too. In April 2021, I would post the 2nd commission video as "Video of the Month" etc....

I hope you will understand even with my bad english. That being sais, nothing is definitive, I could change the way I handle this if I find new ideas.
