Mini-meditation when it gets uncomfortable !

People mostly meditate, whilst sitting comfortably in calm and pleasant surroundings. However, if you are a regular meditator, it's sometimes good to challenge your power of focus in uncomfortable situations. It's a good test to see if you are going in the right direction or if you need to change your mediation practice in any way.

Prasarita Padottanasana is a forward-bend-split and a wonderful hip-stretch if you can take it ๐Ÿ˜‚
