I started in lotus seat to give myself a stable base but it turned out it was too stagnant so I changed into a position that gave me more freedom to move. I've made a few full spins here and there but couldn't hold it for very long, first because my nipples were burning and second, I couldn't hold the focus for long cause it was so funny 😂😂 The tassels are also very light and attached to the base in a way that restricts full spins but still, I gave it a shot and it was a blast. 😂😂
