I agree. Sam will probably die at the end of the season and Alex will end up taking care of Ruby. With the insta-kid, Alex and Maggie can get back together.

I think reign will turn good by witnessing a traumatic incident involving her daughter. However, this could give her free will back however if her daughter dies, she may want revenge and turn bad anyway

Having her turn into Reign due to some trauma would have been better instead of her always being reign and she just forgot. Also in the comics, Imra Ardeen is Saturn Girl, and also a part of The Legion of Superheroes.

Reminds me of Season 8 Smallville with Doomsday storyline. I don’t have a problem with it. More intrigued if Mom-El came back in time with a team to save Supergirl from a time where Reign won?

Out of ALL the theories i heard and have read online.. just to do it like that!? i mean C'MON! thats the most boring turn i've seen in a long time. (IF THIS IS HOW SHE TURNS). Maybe she will go back and forth between sam and reign. we'll see

Not too sure. I really like the actress but i hope she isnt evil for a few episodes until her daughter brings her back

It would have been so much more compelling if we actually got to see her become evil, maybe the code word didn’t have to brainwash her but instead suddenly awake her Worldkiller tendencies and we could have seen her struggle to fight her violent instincts. Instead now someone will snap their fingers and she’ll be back to normal and all will be forgiven.

I don't know the character reign very well if at all but I would think such a threatening villain would have more of a compelling story than just having an alter ego triggered by code.

In a way it makes sense because after 7 episodes I just couldn’t picture Samantha as a villain. But I still am not a huge fan of it being because she’s not in control of herself.

Reminds me a lot of the reveal for Doomsday in Smallville played by Sam Witwer. I even said out loud when she had her eyes closed “Are her eyes going to be red?!” :)
