Yes. And I´ m pretty sure, that (at least in the books) it is mentioned that there is a couple of longboats stationed at East watch.

Wildlings have used rafts to boat around the wall before, but that would be a small raft, capable of holding only a few men at a time. No way they could ever get more than a small raiding force past eastwatch by sea

2018-05-14 05:01:25 +0000 UTCWildlings do often sail around the wall but the thing is ships aren't easy to make and the Wildlings aren't familiar with the sea. So whenever they do sail around the wall its no more than 3 people in a really crappy canoe. And I imagine most people don't even make it.
