2025-05-29 22:00:48 +0000 UTCIf you recall in episode 1 of season 2, Amenadiel and Luci were hunting for newly 'dead' bodies revived as they knew their Mom needed a body to enter in order to be on earth. To answer a previous question that you had, God and Goddess would require bodies for their godlike essence to inhabit whereas the angels as Luci tried to explain to Linda (The big bang) were created by God and Goddess and the form we see them in is their true form, not a borrowed dead human form. I like the idea that God and Goddess created all the angels (we may see more one day) and they look like humans at first don't they? Then, as Luci said to Linda, his father went into the 'garage' and started tinkering with a little project he called humanity and that meant he created humans, earth etc in the same image (slight biblical reference) but without super strength, wings etc and gave humanity mortality. I like that idea as to why angels and humans have so many similarities- except in Luci and Amenadiel's case they have much to learn about humanity and emotions! Also you asked who Maze's friend was... it was shown at the end of episode 1, season 2 that it was Linda who arrived at LUX and hugged Maze... suggesting she was the friend who had been helping Maze.

2025-04-27 08:48:29 +0000 UTCTo clarify, the people at the start who were raising from dead and then dying was all Lucifer's mom. Her soul escaped from hell cuz Amenediel was wounded and she needed a body. I think it's mentioned later that when a soul escapes hell it can only enter a body of someone who recently died. So she was just entering new bodies and dying again and again.
