These are the unposted sketches I've been working on in my sketchbooks for the past year. Pretty hit or miss but a lot of these were sketched on a moving bus or train. We get some peaks at a possible human fem Rowan.
Not even Malcolm is safe from the bramble. He will be dragged into this soft-core furry porn kicking and screaming.
Also the disrespect, taking away a veterans prosthetic --sucks air through teeth-- I look forward to the bramble's 20-minute long apology video with ads.

Wew! Sorry for letting this fly under the radar, but for anyone who didn't see me I was at AnthroCon. Got to talk with some cool artists and eat some tasty food and explore one of the coolest spaces I've ever seen. Pittsburgh was a beautiful city as well. Hope to do it again next year!!!
Well if this isn't just the most colorful page to date. Getting really comfortable with the digipaint style. Those brambles were just as complicated to draw as they look and I only have myself to blame.

The sun might be too intense here. I'm trying a lot of things and I have not made a fully colored comic in a bit. I think Rowan is a bit over-designed here. Not everything is gonna work, but I'm open to critique.

I originally had a heart in panel 3 --seen in the alt image-- but it felt too forward. I want you to get a sense of their feelings from their interactions, not some lame floating hearts. Lame floating hearts come later, after their affection ...
I don't just draw cats. I like dogs too. I just relate to cats more often than dogs. When I let my hair down I look like a spaniel, with their cute floppy ears U*w*U
A bit of lore. The Yule Cat is a character from Icelandic lore that hunts down children who didn't receive new clothes that year. My addled brain registered that as holiday cat which gave me an excuse to draw more Comic going full predator mode and stuffing a friend into some gender-affirming clothes.
