Tulla's Contortion Kitchen - lower back flexibility in tight spaces ...

My lower back is very flexible, even in tight spaces like the dimarioknot. It also bends very well the other way in backbends but that requires extensive warm-up, whereas in frontbends that flexibility comes easy to me !
