Toga is captured by an undercover police officer. Hands bound by handcuffs, ankles ziptied together, and her mouth gagged to prevent her from biting and drawing blood to use her quirk.

However, the captivating villain seems to be enjoying her captivity...a little too much. Is she really having a good time being bound.....
