Suggestions for a character to mod + extra stuff

I was wondering if yall have suggestions over which characters to mod. Picking one or two perhaps.

I've considered making one for Mizuki but I intend on releasing it publicly. On the other hand, I have another mod for Lanyan but gotten stuck with it, so I'm not sure if I should continue with it, what do you think?
