You may have noticed that I preface all my file names with a year and month, followed by some pseudo descriptive labels, like 202401_gote.jpg... What the date actually tells is when the sketch was originally saved, not when it was finished and uploaded.
This one, for whatever reason, just remained "Illustration53", but ...
