New place: Playground

A new place, playground, is added to the world map.

Some events occur depending on day and night. 

A new level event of Megan takes place here. But there are several conditions to it.  It is that you have to see a certain event with her husband.

Resident area fixed file(Heavy version)

In this update, you can see the new level of the principal. If the level is over 70, the new place, the principal's house, is opened. 

However, there is a bug when you run 'Look around' after an evening in your area with over 70 already before updating. 

The bug does not happen after the event with the ...
