Resident area fix file (Heavy version)

In this update, you can see the new level of the principal. If the level is over 70, the new place, the principal's house, is opened.
However, there is a bug when you run 'Look around' after an evening in your area with over 70 already before updating.
The bug does not happen after the event with the principal.
This is a fix file. People who do not have a bug need not download it.
Lite version has been fixed already, so please only overwrite the heavy version
