Been away the last two weeks and just got back! Unfortunately not much gains have been made while I was away but now that im back im full force. Saw these photos from a while ago and definitely going to beat this goal by far this time around. Once i do another stuffing ill be sure to update with another vid.

Progress update
4k cal a day seems to be doing it for me. Gaining a bit more than 2lbs a week! Happy with my progress so far and cant wait to get back to my highest this spring. Thank you for all your support. Building a big belly takes a lot of food.

It’s crazy how fast my wasitline has been increasing. Regains come back really fast for sure.
