It was already clear It's Always Sunny wouldn't shy away from any sensitive topics, but I actually loved how they handled this one. There was some hilarious symbolism, with Dennis in the crossfire of everyone for being on the fence.

Based on the final shot of the episode, I'm guessing our three unknown friends are Martha and Jonas' son, and form the origin to the world that needs to be destroyed? This episode once again filled in a lot of gaps, and I was saddened to see Egon end up alone the way he did even if I knew the outcome was inevitable.
