That episode brought back so many memories of Season 1 to me. First with the classic horn blowing music, which we heard so often back with Askeladd's crew, but then also by Thorfinn being reminded of Vinland and figuring out the first step of his quest.

Ah... A perfect second(?) ending! Honestly, this might be among my favorite episodes in the entire series. It had me in tears so many times and I love how it managed to find a way to bring everybody back for one last adventure! Whether officially canon or not, I'll definitely be treating it as such! Movie is up next!

It may not have had much of an impact anymore on the story we just saw come to its close, but I could honestly watch a million of these episodes nonetheless. The OVA still brought some much appreciated levity as we saw all our favorite characters come together one last time to cook up their Valentine surprises.
