I finally able to made Mouth-Lip Movement via Facial Bones, Previously MMD dances were made with Morph/Shapes so they're not support other characters that made via Bones.

So After a long brainstorming, i was able to convert Morph Shape Values to Bone transforms with by coding again

Previous old video was made on UE4 and only has 1080p version. After UE5 upgradation, unfortunately old render file was corrupted because of UE4 and UE5 isn't compatible together.
