This was fun but challenging. I pretty much had to trace the basic armature of a Blondie character in order to get the proportions right because the character design is SO extreme that my brain instinctively wants to make the head and boobs smaller and the hips bigger. It's ... a look.

This one was fun to do, though challenging. It's always very rewarding but also very difficult to emulate someone else's style. I'm proud of this one, though. All Family Circus comics need to feel like they were drawn no later than 1963, and this one has that 'stuck in the past' feel to it.
