Confession: i went to the gym early this morning, came back and fell asleep until noon. Didn’t get a ton done unfortunately, but about to go to the tanning salon!

Gym

Got back home today, ate something, took a 20 minute nap, and then hit the gym. It’s VERY rare I get home from a long weekend and hit the gym the same day I get home, but I didn’t wrestle yesterday at the TV tapings. I did a pre-tape and was done for the day! Hit a full upper body workout today and some cardio.

Cereal

Someone brought cereals for everyone to eat yesterday and almond milk! Wish it was a regular thing. Ate a keto cereal 🥣 😋
