I got there, in the end! I changed the pressure sensitivity to as soft as it would go and that allowed me to add the text properly. No idea why it suddenly started misbehaving. Everything was going fine 'til then!

NOTE - With it being Easter weekend, I might have to delay my usual Sunday drawing session till Monday. I might not. Plans are still up in the air.

Sorry for the delay on this one. I've been having technical issues, thanks to updates/version changes across Wacom and Photoshop. They completely borked my ability to render linework.
Everything SEEMS to be fixed, now. Fingers crossed.....

Weeeeell, it's a little DIFFERENT. I don't think I succeeded in emulating the 90s anime style I wanted to, but there are a few approaches - such as adjusting the shadow colour for certain parts - that I will certainly use in future works.
