I wanted to try the Audio Pro P5 in a real life situation during a walk with our dogs where I usually would use the Sonos Roam or formerly the Tribit Stormbox Micro strapped to my backpack.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the Tribit with me but took the Sonos and the Anker Soundcore Motion+ to compare them to the P5.

After having listened to the recording before and after, I would even say that the old firmware sounded more convincing. The bass was more impactful and lower treble was not as harsh, I wonder what the engineers are hearing...

I finally managed to do some measurements of the Beolit 20 outdoors from a distance of 50cm as usual. All measurements were done at the same volume level of around 2/3.
